Here’s something Performance really needs to use. Check out this motorcycle inventory software. It helps you not only inventory everything you’re selling, but it keeps track of it, too. If Performance had something like this to use maybe they’d stop losing our warranty parts that they order! We’ve had it happen three times this year. The bike went into the shop for warranty work, the bike sat in the shop for at 3 weeks waiting on parts. I called Yamaha directly to discover the parts were delivered to the dealership during week 1. The dealership loses our parts. I get extremely upset. Seriously, it’s got to stop happening, so I think next time I go to the dealership (which will be tomorrow to get the bike serviced) I think I’ll mention to Joey, the manager, that the system they’re currently using just isn’t working.
