This weekend we’re going to replace the side deck that’s is falling apart.  DH promised to do it a few months ago before it got cold, but he didn’t get around to it.  (Typical)  I told him if he didn’t help me do it soon I’d be finding a contractor.  I’m tired of waiting for it to get done.

So, we’re going to tear down the entire deck this weekend since it’s rotten wood, and we’re going to replace it with a nice iron-wood deck.  Hubby picked up all the material last weekend, and even though Iron Wood is expensive it’s well worth it.  This stuff will last forever, and you won’t find anything more durable.
