Shuey’s Life

I just wanted to pop in and say Hi.  I’ve been super busy this week getting ready for the vacation we’re taking.  We’ll be gone the 20th-23rd to the beach for our anniversary.  We never took a honeymoon, and this is the first real vacation we’ve taken that didn’t involve friends or family tagging along, so we’re considering it a mini honeymoon.

We are taking one of the furkids with us though.  The dog is going while the cat stays here enjoying the quiet time.  My Grandpa is going to stop in each day to check on him, but overall he should be fine.  The dog is going with us mainly because he’s on so many meds and has a strict routine for those, and I don’t really trust anyone else to keep up with it.  If he misses one dose of this or one application of a cream somewhere it could mean very bad things for his skin allergies.  Besides, I think it’ll be awesome having him out on the beach!
