Have you ever been able to say surfing the Internet lead you to something you believe could just possibly be your dream job?  Seriously I just came upon a website about IT Security that really has me thinking I could have found the perfect job.

What exactly is the job? It’s being a real life Certified Ethical Hacker legally! Yes, I did just say legally! How freaking’ cool of a job would that be? Even though it might not be all James Bond hacking government agencies and stuff like that I think it’s even cooler because you get to legally help companies strengthen their security measures by legally hacking.

How exactly do you become a legal hacker? EC-Council offers Certified Ethical Hacker Training to help you complete the track to a dream job like this!  In our current economy there are many job industries that are slowing or failing all together.  I should know since I just found out my own husband will be laid off for about 6 weeks, but if I became an ethical hacker we wouldn’t have this problem because IT Security salaries are actually increasing!

I may just have to mention this to Hubby as it’s something that definitely interests me.  I also like the fact that EC-Council also offers other categories as well including security fundamentals, penetration testing, computer forensics, disaster recovery, and secure programming.  Every bit of that is right up my alley, so I definitely need to look into this!
