Every year we go to my Grandma’s house for Christmas dinner, but I know there will eventually be a time when I’m the one cooking the big dinner.  In fact my friend Mo and his wife are coming down from Canada next month to visit for a couple weeks, and I’ll probably end up making a big dinner one night for us and all of our friends.

We all know one of the staples of a good Holiday meal is the gravy, but it’s also one of the hardest parts of the meal to make.  No matter how hard I try to make sure my gravy is perfect there’s always a chance it’s going to go awry.  That’s why I can’t even imagine making gravy for a holiday meal because that’s normally the type of gravy you make from the roast drippings.

I found out I don’t have to freak out over that anymore if I decide to make a huge roast dinner when my Canadian friends come to visit.  All I have to do is watch the gravy tips video on the Clubhouse.ca site.
